Sixth sense or just perfect timing?

When we were brainstorming for a convention theme sometime in February of this year, the AGAP Board decided on an overall theme dealing with “Financial Health.” Thus, our theme for this year’s convention “Achieving Financial Health: The Objective of Good Governance and Financial Reforms”.

The choice proved to be prophetic.

Shortly afterwards, the subprime mortgage crisis hit the United States; the price of fuel skyrocketed in all parts of the world; rice prices in our country increased and became a major issue contributing to our double digit inflation rates.
